1. Who we are
This website is operated by Jumpnex Bakehouse Sdn Bhd, registered in Malaysia under company number 202403018472 (1539821-K), with its principal place of business at Lot G-12, Bangsar Shopping Centre, 285 Jalan Maarof, Bukit Bandaraya, 59100 Kuala Lumpur. Throughout these terms, “Jumpnex”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to that company.
2. By using the site, you agree to these terms
By browsing jumpnex.pro, submitting an enquiry, or pre-ordering an item, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We reserve the right to update these terms; the version effective at the moment you submit an enquiry or pre-order is the one that applies to that order.
3. The information on this site
We work hard to keep menus, prices and bakehouse hours accurate, but products are made by hand and seasonal availability changes. The information on the site is for general guidance; the version at the counter on the day of your visit is the version that governs the transaction.
4. Pre-orders, deposits, lead times
- Standard cake-list and bread pre-orders require 48 hours’ notice; bespoke commissions, three to four working days.
- Bespoke cakes over RM 300 require a 50% deposit at the time of confirmation; the balance is settled on collection.
- Substantive changes to a confirmed brief (size, flavour, date) within 48 hours of pickup may not be possible. We will always tell you honestly.
- If we cannot fulfil a pre-order due to a kitchen issue, we will reach out as early as possible and refund the deposit in full.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and inclusive of applicable Service Tax. Card and FPX payments are processed by our payment partner; cash is accepted at the counter for orders below RM 1,000. We are not registered for SST as of 02 April 2026; this status is reviewed annually.
6. Pickup, delivery, condition
Cakes and pastries are perishable goods. Pickups should be made within the agreed window so we can present the product at its best. Once a cake has left our counter, the integrity of the product is in your hands — we recommend transporting upright in air-conditioning, and refrigerating below 6°C if collection is more than two hours before serving.
7. Liability
We are responsible for the products we make and the service we provide. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, except where the law (in particular the Consumer Protection Act 1999) gives you protections that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The Jumpnex name, logo, recipes, photographs and copy on this site are owned by Jumpnex Bakehouse Sdn Bhd. You are welcome to share links to our pages and use our images for editorial coverage with credit. For commercial use of any element, please write to us.
9. Force majeure
If we cannot deliver because of an event beyond reasonable control — severe weather, public-health closures, power outage, supplier failure — we will give you the choice of rescheduling or a full refund of any deposit paid. We do not consider supplier delays a force-majeure event in normal trading conditions.
10. Resolving issues
If something has gone wrong, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally on the day of the order — on [email protected] or by calling Bukit Bandaraya. Most issues are resolved on the same day. For matters that are not resolved within 14 days, you may refer the matter to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any matter that cannot be settled amicably between us.
