Bread, viennoiserie, cakes and a single-origin coffee list — everything you will see is finished the morning of the day you eat it.

A note on availability

What is on the counter today

The bake list refreshes every Monday and most items are available across all three bakehouses. A handful are bakehouse-specific: roll cakes are finished only at Bukit Bandaraya and Mont Kiara, while our wood-fired focaccia is available exclusively at Section 17 on Saturdays.

If you are travelling specifically for an item, please call the bakehouse on the morning of your visit — we are happy to put a loaf or pastry aside until 18:00.

Allergens & dietary notes

Every product card lists allergens. We use wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts daily across the bakehouse, so we are unable to guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. We do, however, run dedicated benches and tools for our dairy-free and gluten-friendly lines.

  • Two refined-sugar-free roll cakes are kept on the counter daily.
  • The 100% whole-rye loaf is dairy-free and egg-free.
  • For serious allergies, call the bakehouse the morning before your visit.
